How we choose and drop pros

We do not refer just anyone who asks to be on the list. Before we refer a pro, we require:

• Insurance. Pros we refer carry liability insurance for work performed in your home.
• A firm quote before work begins. The price gets confirmed and agreed to before anyone starts the job — not estimated low and padded on the invoice.
• Photo proof on completion. A completed job includes photo documentation of what was cleared, so there is a record of the work actually done.

A pro who does not meet those standards, or who a homeowner reports as having misrepresented pricing or skipped the quote step, comes off the list we refer from. If you already know and prefer a particular company, calling them directly works exactly the same as going through this site; you are not required to book through a referral just because you found us first.
